RETURN POLICY
Artwork Returns:
All artwork purchases are final and cannot be returned for a full refund.
In the event that you are unsatisfied with your artwork, we offer store credit that can be applied toward the purchase of another painting.
To receive store credit, artwork must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your artwork to initiate the return process.
Merchandise Returns:
Merchandise (excluding artwork) can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a merchandise return, please contact us for return authorization and instructions.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Process:
Contact us at art@bradfordbrenner.com to initiate a return.
Provide the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with return authorization and further instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or merchandise refund.
If approved, store credit will be issued for artwork returns, and refunds (minus shipping costs) will be processed for merchandise returns.
Exchanges:
We will replace items if they are damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us.
